delicious breakfast attentive service

The breakfast buffet offered A LOT of choices. It was delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful, and sometimes even funny. I appreciated their attentive service, ESPECIALLY.

The room had some signs of wear and tear. The bathroom showed its age A LITTLE.

The staff offered great support with detailed directions to Sultanahmet. The breakfast included varied options and a very good coffee machine. Airport transfers were arranged at a reasonable price.

helpful team complimentary water city skyline fresh gozleme

the reception team were helpful with directions and suggestions. my room had a nespresso machine and a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water bottles. the rooftop bar offered great views of the city skyline. the breakfast included fresh gozleme prepared on request, it was AMAZING!!!

the gym had limited equipment, only one treadmill was available.

excellent location and helpful staff

dining suggestion personal greeting helpful staff breakfast spread

the front desk staff were helpful providing dining suggestions and directions i received a personal greeting every time i walked by the staff seemed to genuinely enjoy helping guests i found this hotel a perfect spot to recover after a strenuous tour. the breakfast spread was generous with a selection of western and local options

the air conditioning was not effective maybe because it was early spring i wanted to arrange a tour guide through the hotel but it was a total scam the guide seemed disinterested and ineffective

I found the staff helpful . They provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. They enhanced my experience. The breakfast offered a great selection of tasty options to start each day. I especially enjoyed the gözleme station, a good culinary treat. The rooftop restaurant provided fine views. The atmosphere was utterly romantic.

The gym had limited equipment. It could benefit from additional machines.

the front desk staff answered all my questions promptly. they held my luggage securely. the three outdoor terraces offered great views.

the room i got was in the basement. the window faced the sidewalk and street. this arrangement felt unusual, and my wife did not feel comfortable in the room
